Required skills and Responsibilities

  • The ability to generate leads through the bidding platform is a need (Upwork, Freelancer, People per Hour, Guru, Email Marketing, etc.), experience in writing proposals, bidding, follow-ups, competition analysis, and discussion with offshore clients.

  • Understanding client's nature of business, organization, products and domain.

  • Passionate about the Sales in the assigned territory and achieving targets, Make outbound calls to targeted list of prospects.

  • Talk to influencers and decision makers involved in procuring IT/software development services.

  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities, regular follow-ups with the prospects that have been identified as potential clients and who have shown interest to use our services.

  • Co-ordinate with Technical Team to schedule pre-sales discussion, ensure smooth communication between prospect, sales team.

  • Building competitive portfolios on portals to generate leads, project price estimation, quote creation, proposal creation, communication with the client, and closure.

  • Delivering against the targets to ensure revenue expectations are met

  • A technical skillset overview of the services we are selling is a requirement.

  • Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.

  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry.

  • Maximizing networking opportunities and develop a further network of contacts.

  • Individual contributor role to acquire new business.

  • Excellent Relationship Building Skills and Managing a strong Sales Pipeline.

  • Documentation and analysis the required information and data.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Highly motivated to sell IT services and solutions to various industry.

  • Must possess excessive writing and vocal communication abilities, as well as interpersonal skills.

  • Developing a targeted long-term new business strategy to also encompass an international agencies/media owners and foster growth in these key areas for the future.
